This recipe is very flexible. Feel free to the fruit, or seasoning to your likening!
4 1/2 ounces canned chicken, or shredded chicken.
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/3 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1/3 cup apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup fat free yogurt (we love Dannon lit n' fit) (Or fat free sour cream)
- 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 dash salt
