EGG SALAD!

                                             

Ingredients:
8 large hard-boiled eggs (can use 2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites to cute fat)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons of light mayo
2 tablespoons of fat free sour cream
1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
chop up eggs and add remaining ingredients. mix well.

Try toasting your bread for an added crunch!
