Chunky, Veggie Tomato Soup!

SOOOO good. I even added tofu shiritaki noodles! :)


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 can (14.5 oz each) Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic, undrained
  • 2 can (8 oz each) Tomato Sauce-No Salt Added
  • 1  diced zucchini 
  • 1 cup diced green bell pepper (1 cup = 1 med)
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt


DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate and serve chilled.
